- How far in advance should I book?

In person events are fully back, 2023 is looking like one of the biggest and busiest years for gatherings, especially weddings. If your are already thinking about our services, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance.

- How close to my event date can I book?
​
All packages include personalized design work, therefore we will need at least 7-10 days notice to make sure you are satisfied with your templates and full payment has been processed.

- You're based in Bakersfield, CA? Are you available to travel?
​
Yes, we are located in Bakersfield, CA. We are centrally located in the state of California and are willing to travel up to 80 miles. Any event out side the 80 mile radius, we can discuss travel fees and accommodations.

- Are props, more hours, custom backdrops included?
​
No. These are items that can be added a la carte to each package.
​
- The client/venue/family/city requires all vendors to be vaccinated against COVID 19, will that be an issue?
​
No, not at all. All team members are fully vaccinated. Luxe Boothique is happy to provide proof in advance or upon arrival for your convenience. If requested, our team may wear masks for the entirety of the event.

- Do you offer drop off booths?
​
No, we do not currently. There will always be an attendant there.
​
- Are you insured?
​
Yes, we carry a standard two million dollar general liability policy. We would be happy to submit a certificate of insurance to your venue.
